Wisconsin Solons Back Drinking at Age 19

Would allowing drinking at age 19 reduce college binge drinking?

Three Republican lawmakers in Wisconsin think it would, and have introduced a law to permit drinking at age 19 without a parent being present.  “I see no reason why we can send young men and women off to war but they can’t have a beer,” said Rep. Adam Jar chow, the bill’s author.
