Big Beer Can’t Emulate Craft, Says Sierra Nevada Founder

The problem is Big Beer lacks the philosophy and passion to lead the way in global beer trends, says Steve Grossman.  “They didn’t want to get into craft because the beer is expensive to make, but they had to try it so they started marking craft beer styles themselves, but the consumer didn’t buy it,” Grossman adds.  So now Big Beer is buying craft breweries.  Read more here, from the UK’s Morning Advertiser.
