E&J Gallo Acquires Pahlmeyer Winery

  E& J. Gallo Winery acquired Pahlmeyer Winery, which includes the Pahlmeyer and Jayson by Pahlmeyer brands. The two brands are known for producing iconic Bordeaux-style wines.  Terms weren’t disclosed.
