Richard Blau on TTB’s Labeling Ability After Supreme Court Decision

The U.S. Supreme Court issued a decision today dealing with a trademark registration that was considered scandalous or obscene.  It make have implications for Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau denial of labels for obscenity or similar issues.  Here’s my interview with Richard Blau, head of the alcohol practice at GrayRobinson, a Miami law firm.
