Eric Flanagan Acquires Everett Ridge Winery

The owner of Flanagan Wines acquired Everett Ridge winery through bankruptcy proceedings.

The 20-acre Everett Ridge Winery is in the Dry Creek Valley and has 10 acres planted to grapes, and a permit to produce 25,000 cases a year.  Flanagan plans to replant the vineyard to cabernet sauvignon grapes.

It’s the second purchase in a year for Flanagan.  Last year he was part of Russian River Partners Investment Fund that bought a 32-acre vineyard near Occidental, Calif.
