The Scottish producer of The Macallan, Snow Leopard vodka and Tequila Partida, has signed a 10-year lease for 25,390 square feet comprising the entire fourth floor of 27 W. 23 St. in the Flatiron District of Manhattan.
Edrington will have a private entrance at 18 W. 24 St.
Edrington also owns Brugal, The Famous Grouse, Highland Park, Cutty Sark and The Glenrothes.
The company itself is owned by The Robertson Trust, a charitable trust that has donated more than $300 million to charities since 1961.
