TTB, Illinois Liquor Control Commission Target Pay-to-Play

Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB) said it conducted a joint operation with Investigators from the Illinois Liquor Control Commission targeting alleged “pay to play” schemes in Chicago, the Quad Cities, and Peoria.
