Budweiser Gives Folds of Honor $1 Million at MLB All-Star Game

As the official beer of Major League Baseball, Budweiser joined Folds of Honor, to present $1 Million in educational scholarships to families of fallen and disabled servicemen and women this evening (7/11).

The check presentation will take place on the field during a special ceremony at the MLB All-Star Game, serving as the culmination to the brand’s earlier announcement this summer, when Budweiser set a goal of raising $1 Million for Folds of Honor via limited-edition patriotic packaging. A portion of proceeds from every Budweiser America bottle and can sold this summer celebrated American service men and women – resulting in the $1 Million being presented tomorrow.

In further celebration of reaching its $1 Million goal, Budweiser is also hosting veterans and Folds of Honor Scholarship recipients at the Budweiser Bowtie Bar for the duration of the All-Star Game.

In the six years of the Budweiser and Folds of Honor partnership, Budweiser has donated $12 million towards more than 2,200 educational scholarships.
