Are Prohibition-Era State Laws Out Of Sync With Craft Beer Industry?

Still, Swenson quotes Travis Hill, chief operating officer of the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, as saying many of Virginia’s laws regarding alcohol originated in the post-Prohibition era.
